Top Union Electronics hosted a supplier conference in March 2024 under the theme "Aggressive Ambition & Proactive Promotion." This marked the first dialogue with suppliers since integrating purchasing departments into a matrix structure. Special invitations were extended to strengthen partnerships. We aim to foster talent and welcome more partners to join us in building a strong professional team and realizing sustainable talent value.
Talent in Action! Cross-site Technical Exchange
Top Union Electronics operates three business units to provide order services. In response to diverse talent needs, we've formed a flexible service team. Our "Top Service Alliance" strategy enhances efficiency through talent exchange and performance sharing. In 2023, Suzhou Taiyong maintenance personnel supported the ATE team in Hsinchu, fostering collaboration and improving maintenance board operations. We'll continue promoting cross-domain talent cooperation for Top Union's employees to shine on a bigger stage.
Top Union Minds, Professional Skills Competition
Top Union promotes continuous skill enhancement, emphasizing voluntary learning over traditional training. Through tech exchanges and friendly competitions, employees deepen expertise, striving for excellence. In 2023, we organized skill contests in circuit board "splitting," "manual soldering," "cutting wires," and more. Witnessing outstanding performances, we'll continue launching such competitions for employees to showcase talents and find joy in their work.
